Sandblasting

The pre-processing is always the essential process for a good result. A correct pre-processing is of the utmost importance in order to obtain the best result with any composition.The M. Lange company uses only corundum which gives the most uniform result.Our sandblasting machine operates in a room measuring 13 x 6 metres with a gateway measuring 5 x 6 metres. These conditions make it possible for us to accept nearly all kinds of items regardless of size.

Glass bead blasting
Glass bead blasting is a more delicate process which is typically used for aluminium and stainless steel.

Size: Up to 1.2 metres.

Metallization
Metallization is a finishing treatment of sandblasted materials used to prevent rust. The M. Lange company has an electric arc at its disposal and primarily makes use of thread containing 99.995 per cent zinc. Metallization takes place in a large room with high capacity, also for large items.

Ball burnishing/deburring

Ball burnishing/deburring of small items in order to remove sharp edges.
